All aboard PHXLIGHTS: Among The Stars - music flights and more

Greetings, interstellar EDM voyagers! If you were one of the lucky flight commandos to embark on your musical space journey at PHXLIGHTS: Among The Stars on Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8 at Phoenix Raceway, then you experienced a moment in time in the Valley’s outdoor festival history ever presented.
Once setting forth through the vast space age terminal and arriving at the main entrance, you were greeted by a 25 foot tall “Moon Man” that was reminiscent of the vintage MTV years and picture opps were aplenty or you could make your way to The Playground to burn off some calories, while getting your dance on to the video game system. If video games are your thing, then you probably made good use of trying your hand at the various ones offered at VooDoo Ranger 1-Up Arcade.
Obviously, there was plenty of music to experience. Firstly, at the Beatbox Invasion Stage, which resembled a “Beam Me Up, Scotty” LED lighting contraption and where the likes of the following beatboxers were seen: on Friday, Myrtle, Masiv, SVNDAY DRVR, Jonis, Guestli$t, Zanni and on Saturday, Quez, Peachy Keen, Alex The Lad, Elwer, Lujan, Jur, OGK and Zeuz.
Secondly, the headlining djs took their flight passengers on a musical adventure from out-of-this-world at The Mothership. Sharing the spaceship cockpit were: on Friday, Martin Garrix, Afrojack, San Holo, Trivecta, Moksi and Seds Vortex and on Saturday, Ganja White Night, ISOxo, AC Slater, Crankdat, Wenzday and Pat Riot.
VIP peeps experienced free Kandies - beads to make your very own, one-of-a-kind Peace, Love, Unity & Respect (PLUR) bracelets and necklaces. Guests even experienced having their photo taken next to a giant, inflated space shuttle rocket, while pretending to prepare for a launch into space: the final frontier or they glammed it up at the selfie booth presented by Boothchella and Relentless Beats VIP.
